February 25, 2015 | Vancouver Convention Centre
In this session you will hear from organizations who have started on the path to psychological health and safety. Find out what propelled them to action and where they started. Bring your burning questions and leave with both a plan to get started and a support system of peers who will help support you in the process. Psychological health is not about individual mental health. It’s about workplace policies, processes and interactions that have the potential to impact our psychological health and safety every day. This session will be co-chaired by Mary Ann Baynton and Sarika Gundu and will include a presentation by the Mental Health Commission of Canada about the soon-to-be released Implementation Guide.
