Suzanne Robitaille is a Senior Human Resources Advisor in the Workplace Wellness and Employee Wellbeing directorate at the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). She began her career with CSC 25 years ago and has held a variety of positions in the operational, regional and corporate fields. She has worked half her career as a Parole Officer and has since been with Human Resources in areas such as classification, staffing, labour relations, return to work and attendance management. She is currently participating in the development of the duty to accommodate program as part of CSC’s disability management program. She is also a referral agent with the employee assistance program and an investigator with the harassment prevention program.
Suzanne has a keen interest for understanding human behavior, working to raise awareness to help individuals in need and contributing to the development of programs and tools whose focus is on maintaining physically and mentally healthy employees.
She strongly believes that it is each person’s individual contribution that makes a difference in creating an enriching and healthy workplace. We must give each person the opportunity to do so at their full potential.
Suzanne also has a passion for art and animal welfare.
