Work Re-Integration and Accommodation Program Coordinator, University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus

Tracey holds degrees in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy. She has worked in both the private and public sector as a physiotherapist, has managed health care facilities and worked within the workers’ compensation system. Her diverse experience has provided her with a well-rounded perspective on impairment, disability and healthy workplace cultures.

She is the Work Re-Integration and Accommodation Program (WRAP) Coordinator on UBC’s Okanagan Campus and focuses on disability prevention/management and the promotion of a healthier workplace especially positive mental health. She leads two Community of Practice Groups, focusing on Psychological Safety and Health in the workplace for universities/colleges and employers.
